1. Ordering and Stock Availability
1.1. All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We generally have all items in stock for dispatch within 48 hours, however occasionally there may be a small delay whilst more stock is acquired. You will be informed of any delays once your order is placed or on request via email.
1.2. We aim to provide any colour requirements stated with an order. Sometimes due to stock availability issues we cannot fulfil these requirements. In this case an alternative colour will be posted. If this is not satisfactory please email us with your order number and we will ensure only the advertised colour is dispatched.
1.3. We accept orders that are placed online or via telephone to our customer services department. Visa/Mastercard/Maestro/Switch/Solo payments can be taken over the phone, we cannot accept other cards over the phone.
1.4. All order forms must be fully completed, with the correct information given within each field.
1.5. The address details that you provide may be used to carry out further checks or “authorisations” with the card issuer for security purposes. In some instances a proof of identity and/or a proof of address may be requested.
1.6. Complications caused by any of the above in Clauses 1.3 - 1.5 may cause a delay in the processing and despatch of your order. Any problems encountered in clauses 1.5 and 1.6 could cause a delay in the processing and despatch of your order.
2. Payment / Ownership of Goods
2.1 We accept payment by Visa/Mastercard/Maestro/Switch/Solo through the Barclaycard secure gateway. We do not store any credit card details, you will be securely diverted to their site to enter any payment details.
2.2 Payment is taken at time of placing the order.
2.3 Within these terms and conditions: "Promotional Product" means an item or product offered free of charge with goods that have been supplied and paid for, or discounted to free. “Goods” means all products that are offered for sale by Electro Mania and also applies to mobile phones that have been discounted or supplied free of charge on contract connections.
2.4 Goods and promotional products remain the property of Electro Mania until the goods are paid for in full. If your cardholder declines payment, whether before or after despatch of the goods to you, we will treat the order as being cancelled. If the goods and promotional products have been dispatched we may:-
a) Require you to return the goods and the promotional products to us in the original condition within 7 days; or
b) Require you to pay in full by satisfactory alternative means within 7 days.
2.5 Any claim or obligation under this Clause is without prejudice to our rights.
3. Website Accuracy
3.1. Products, prices, offers and promotions are valid only for the period they are displayed on our website (unless otherwise stated) - all of which are subject to availability.
4. Product Warranty
4.1. Items are certified to be New and Genuine.
4.2.If you beleive your order has not complied with term 4.1 please contact us immediately and we will supply returns details.
5.1. Packages are delivered by Royal Mail or Interlink Express. The value of your order will determine if a signature is required upon delivery. The signature of any person upon delivery shall be deemed to signify the acceptance that the goods have been received, from this date you have 7 working days to thoroughly inspect the item. Please note that this term will stand whether or not the person signing is the actual customer.

5.3. We do not deliver any orders outside of the United Kingdom.

7.1. Unless we indicate otherwise, all prices stated are the net final prices of the goods. The only additional charge to your order will be delivery cost. All Errors and Omissions are excepted.
8. The Return of Goods
8.1. Occasionally some items may be fault or damagedy. In this instance you need to email our support team who will provide you with returns details. Items should be returned using the RMA code as supplied by the support team. Please return the item within 14 days following generation of the RMA code. Returned items will automatically be replaced, unless a refund is specifically requested on the RMA form. Items returned and subsequently found to be subject to customer damage will incur costs of repair.
8.2. If you no longer require the item once delivered you need to email Support to arrange a return. Please note unwanted items cannot be returned after 7 days from receipt.
8.3. It is the customer`s responsibility for the safe return of all goods. We suggest Royal Mail Special Delivery or Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. All items must be returned as they were received with their original packaging and full contents included, along with original documentation. Items returned in a less than pristine condition will incur charges to cover the cost of the repair. These charges will be pursued by Electro Mania.
8.4. Refunds will not be given if Electro Mania judge that the product has been wilfully damaged, misused, neglected, overloaded, modified, adapted or repaired.
9. Our products
9.1 Our products are brand new, unless otherwise stated.
9.2 All our electronics items are supplied with a minimum of 12 months manufacturers warranty..
10. Your Legal Rights as a Consumer
10.1. These Terms and Conditions do not affect any of your statutory rights.

12. Free Delivery
12.1. Free delivery may be offered during certain periods. If customers return items as unwanted we will be unable to refund a charge of between 2.99 and 7.99 which will cover the intial postage charge. This charge will vary due to the weight and value of the item.
